Our objective is to help the war widows and the disabled gain employment to support their families. We provide them the necessary guidance & training to learn new skills so that they could prepare themselves to enter the labor market.
We are trying solve some problems to increase employments in our society. So we mainly focus on the problems listed below.
We trust that we can economically grow our society by implementing new sustainable employment opportunity.
NOW-WOW’s mission is to restore a semblance of normalcy to the war-ravaged Tamil communities of North and East of Sri Lanka.
By undertaking projects to restore, educate, sustain and augment the income-generating capacity of the war-ravaged families who had lost their primary breadwinner in the civil war of Sri Lanka.
